Ship it yourself
Pack the device in a shock-proof parcel and ship it via the carrier of your choice (bpost or other) — you decide. Attach the intake form with your details and a description of the fault.

On-site pickup (business)
For businesses, servers and NAS: on-site pickup via UPS anywhere in Belgium, nothing to pay upfront. Arranged within 24-48h.

Is the work done in Belgium?+
The Belgian centres (Charleroi, Namur, Liège) are drop-off and contact points. All technical work is performed at the ISO 5 cleanroom laboratory in Roubaix, where your device is securely forwarded.
Do I pay for shipping or pickup?+
Business on-site pickup via UPS is free. For self-shipping, the outbound cost is on you, via any carrier. In all cases, only €25 reconditioning and return is due if recovery fails or you decline the quote.
How fast will I hear back?+
The diagnosis is issued within 24h of arrival at the laboratory. You receive a firm quote and feasibility before any paid work.
Is my data confidential?+
Yes. Dafotec operates under GDPR and ISO 27001. Your media and data are handled strictly confidentially, then returned on new encrypted media.
